Nickelodeon wouldn't kick Chris Brown out of the nominees for "Favorite Song" and "Favorite Male Singer" categories (I would think because their ratings would have sky rocketed threw the roof if he showed up!) - But seriously, he deserves those awards. The whole incident with Rihanna has NOTHING to do with his music and shouldn't interfere with his career.. I personally would have love to see him accept the award.

“Chris very much appreciates the support of his fans and the honor they have paid him in the way of nominations for Favorite Male Singer and Favorite Song,” his spokesman said.“Unfortunately, the controversy surrounding the incident last month has shifted the focus from the music to whether he should be allowed to be among those nominated.”
